Abstract: The article introduce vitrinite reflectance distribution in coal preparation plant coal blending system. Rock phase is analyed by the HD style analyzer. Single coal reflectance distribution maps synthetic mixed coal reflectance maps , access grades wash blending the single coal by coal reflectance by the actual percentage, mixed coal average reflectance, standard deviation and other information, calculation the blending ratio of synthetic coal on the blending reflectance distribution. Through the blending process, guidance Blending work in the raw coal washing, which can effectively control the quality of washed coal.
